Attendance

Part of our Academic Suite — the attendance feature replaces the paper register with something you can actually see from the office.

Class teachers mark the register on a phone, in the room, in under a minute. Only the assigned class teacher can mark or edit their class — so the record has a name on it and stays accountable.

Attendance is bound to your school calendar, so nothing can be marked outside term dates, and weekends and holidays are excluded automatically.

You see it the same morning, not at the end of the month. Chronic absence, lateness patterns, and whole classes with a problem all surface on their own, while there is still time to act.

Because a parent can see their own child's attendance in the portal, the conversation about a child who is not turning up starts earlier — and it starts with evidence.
