Inventory & Assets

Part of our Administration Suite — the inventory feature keeps track of what the school owns — textbooks, laboratory equipment, cleaning supplies, furniture, stationery.

Each item carries its current stock, its unit cost, and where it lives. The total value of what you are holding is calculated for you, so the question 'what is in the store' has an answer.

Set a reorder point for anything that runs out, and the system tells you when stock is low — before a teacher discovers there is no chalk on a Monday morning.

Every movement is recorded: what came in, what was used, who handled it. Stock does not quietly disappear over a term, because each reduction has a name attached to it.

At the end of the year you can see what the school actually consumed, which makes next year's budget an informed number rather than a guess.
