Parent Communication

Part of our Administration Suite — the communication feature does two things: it lets you reach every parent at once, and it stops most of them needing to be reached at all.

Announcements go out by SMS to the whole school, a single class, or a specific group — fee reminders, exam schedules, meeting dates, closures. Everyone gets it, at the same time, on the phone they actually check.

The parent portal answers the questions that otherwise become phone calls to your office: what the balance is, whether their child was in school, how they did in the last assessment. A parent who can look it up does not need to call.

Parents can send suggestions and concerns back through the portal, so feedback reaches you as a record rather than as a corridor conversation you half-remember.

Teachers get their own announcements — duty rosters, timetable changes, staff meetings — without another WhatsApp group nobody reads.
