Timetabling

Part of our Academic Suite — the timetabling feature builds a full school timetable without the week of clash-hunting that usually precedes a new term.

Set your constraints — which teacher takes which subject, how many periods each class needs, when staff are unavailable — and Lumeka generates a working schedule that satisfies them.

Nothing is locked. Anything the solver produces can be dragged and changed by hand, and the system will tell you immediately if a change creates a clash.

Print class timetables and teacher timetables when you are done, ready to go up on the wall and into the staffroom.
