Part of our Administration Suite — the transport feature answers three questions that are usually spread across a driver's notebook, a fee spreadsheet, and someone's memory.

Which learner is on which route. Every student assigned to transport is on a named route with a named vehicle, so when a parent calls about a child who has not arrived home, you are not guessing.

Which vehicle is on the road. Your fleet is registered in the system with its capacity and its route, so you know what you have and what it is carrying.

Who has paid. Transport is billed like any other fee category, on the same ledger — so a family's transport arrears show up in the same place as their tuition arrears, not in a separate book.

Route reports show you utilisation: which runs are full, which are half-empty, and where the money is actually going.
